Director of Quality Assurance and Infection Prevention - Administration - Clinical
Brief Job Description:
The Director of Quality Assurance and Infection Prevention oversees all aspects of QA, IP, EH, and RM. This includes patient safety, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance. Evaluates epidemiology to track and prevent infectious disease. Leads Quality Council. Mitigates and addresses threats by reducing risk in the facility. Provides education on pertinent topics as needed.
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Texas Registered Nurse licensure. Minimum of 2 years with hospital related experience. Maintains current CPR and CEU requirements. ACLS and PALS to be acquired upon employment if not currently held.
