Receptionist
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual preferred. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills required. Able to type, multitask, strong computer skills is a must, strong telephone skills, able to handle stressful situations, and strong organizational skills.

Job Description: Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service. Collect co-pays and deductibles. Post payments. Direct phone calls to the designated department and give customer assistance for any questions or concerns. Multi-line phone system, taking messages, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, registering patients, and transferring calls. Clerical work, scanning and computer documentation. Other duties as assigned.

Full-time | Day Shift | 8 Hour Shifts | Weekends
