Med/Surg Registered Nurse - Full Time - Days - Med/Surg
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nursing school and current RN Texas license. Must have current Healthcare provider CPR. One year previous acute care or geriatric nursing preferred.
Brief Job Description: Responsible for providing direct patient care of a varied population of adult and pediatric patients in Med/Surg. Collects data and document regarding the patients status and well being and report information appropriately. Implements therapeutic interventions ordered by qualified practitioners and establish patients plan of care.
12-hour shift, day shift, includes weekends and holidays.
