Med/Surg Registered Nurse - Full Time - Nights - Med/Surg
Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. Current Texas Licensure. Current Healthcare Provider BLS. One year of Acute Care experience preferred. ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
Brief Job Description: Responsible for providing direct patient care of a varied population of adult and pediatric patients in Med/Surg. Collects data and document regarding the patients status and well being and report information appropriately. Implements therapeutic interventions ordered by qualified practitioners and establish patients plan of care. Acts as a liaison between patients, their caregivers and the medical team. Responsible for establishing the plan of care, implements therapeutic interventions as ordered by qualified Physicians and measures the Patient response to those interventions.
12-hr night shift includes weekends and holidays.
$7,500.00 sign-on bonus available to qualified candidates with 2 year full-time contract.
