Information Technology System Analyst - Full Time
REQUIREMENTS:
College diploma or university degree in a technical field and/or 2 to 4 years equivalent work experience.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following, other duties may be assigned.
• Installs and/or maintains PC systems, various Windows based servers, and software
• Provides Help Desk assistance to users, including help with network connections and passwords
• Helps maintain upgrades and backups
• Researches and implements security and firewall strategies
• Manages remote client dial-in access
• Manages set up and maintenance of Active Directory Users / Groups
• Responsible for all ongoing activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of patient, provider, employee and business information in compliance with the hospital’s security policies and procedures, regulations and law
