Patient Accounts

Patient Accounts are handled by Memorial Medical Center's Patient Financial Services which is located at 815 N. Virginia Street, adjacent to the rear entrance to the hospital. To make a payment in person, or inquire about your patient account, please go to the cashier/switchboard near the Emergency Department entrance. Patient Financial Services are open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In addition, patient account representatives are available to assist by phone at (361) 552-6713, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Payments can be made at the cashier desk by cash, check, or credit card. We accept VISA, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. In addition, payments can be made with our Online Bill Pay.
